Check in
At the port of Naples, the fast check-in procedure is active for all departures to Cagliari: you will need to bring your ticket with you and show it to the Grimaldi staff directly at the pre-boarding yard, thus avoiding the queue at the ticket office.
Remember to show up at embarkation at least an hour before departure without a vehicle, two hours before departure with vehicle.
Inside the port terminals there is a meeting point where people with disabilities or people with reduced mobility can announce their arrival and ask for assistance.

Don’t forget that all passengers, including those UNDER AGED , must show up at embarkation with a valid identity document. Be always informed about valid travel documentsbefore leaving.

“Campania Express” tourist train: starting from 5th June, every day, the “Campania Express” leaves from Naples to Sorrento in 50 minutes, with 8 journeys on air-conditioned tourist trains, reserved seat reservations and Hostess assistance service on board and boarding. The direct trains will carry out passenger services in Naples Porta Nolana, Naples Garibaldi, Ercolano Scavi, Pompei Scavi (Villa Misteri), Vico Equense, Meta, Piano, Sant’Agnello and Sorrento.
