Offer description “Discount on Greece return”:
For the round trips from/to Greece (with departure from Brindisi), Grimaldi Lines applies 20% discount on the return ticket – fixed dues, EU ETS costs* and on board services excluded – if booked together with the one-way ticket.
The discount is valid for bookings and departures all year.
The discount applies to the passage by vessel, to the accommodation supplement, to pets and vehicles, if they are also booked in the one-way ticket.
The discount does not apply to fixed rights, trip cancellation insurance and supplements for other on-board services (e.g. meals, pet in cabin, wi-fi etc.).
The offer is applied automatically to the Special rate level during purchase.
The offer can be combined with all the other active offers at the time of booking and with the agreements.
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets that were issued before the beginning of the offer.
Tickets issued with the “Greece Return Discount” offer are non-refundable but can be changed according to the current conditions.
⃰ Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, shipping has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). The obligations placed on shipping companies, particularly the obligation to purchase allowances, lead to an increase in the cost of maritime transport. Therefore, as of January 1st, 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, which varies in amount depending on the route and is neither discountable nor refundable. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) and Civitavecchia-Olbia and vice versa are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
