• Offer conditions
Grimaldi Lines applies a special discount of 20% – excluded fixed fees, EU ETS ⃰ costs and on-board services – to the ticket in which there is at least one passenger aged 12 to 26, for maritime lines to/from Sardinia, Greece, Sicily and Spain. The offer does not apply to public service lines (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa).
• Offer validity
The promotion is valid for bookings from 29/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 departures up to 31/05/2025 and from 01/09/2025 to 31/12/2025.
The 20% discount is applicable to ship passage, accommodation supplements, animals and accompanying vehicles.
The discount does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS costs, on-board services (such as meals, wi-fi, pets in cabin, wellness center, etc.), insurance policies.
• How to apply the offer
The promotion is not applied automatically, but is obtained by entering the word “YOUNG” in the appropriate “discount code” field. The offer applies only to tickets with a special fare level.
• Cumulation of the offer
The promotion can be combined with other special offers active at the time of booking, it cannot be combined with agreements and with resident/native fares, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of application.
• Cancellation and change of tickets
The promotion does not have retroactive effect. Tickets are not refundable, but can be changed under the current conditions of the special fares.
*Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). Starting from 1 January 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ has been incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, the amount of which varies depending on the line, and which cannot be discounted or refunded. At present, public service lines (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the application of the EU ETS system.
