Baleari Islands
Mallorca
Mallorca is located 180 kilometers from the east coast of the Iberian Peninsula and is the most important island of the Balearic archipelago. Thanks to its strategic position in the Mediterranean, it has historically been a land of conquest of numerous peoples and cultures, from Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans, to the Islamic world. Palma, a city of nearly 900,000 inhabitants, is its capital.
It is here that we find the cathedral of Mallorca and an extraordinary historic center, where you can admire and visit suggestive palaces and alleys. Leaving Palma you can give free rein to your imagination by visiting the countless beaches and characteristic villages of the island.
To go there, just book your ferry trip with Trasmed, the new company of the Grimaldi group, which takes you to Mallorca with its lines Barcelona-Palma, Barcelona-Alcúdia and Valencia-Palma.
