The fast check-in procedure is active at the port of Arbatax: you will need to bring your ticket with you and show it to the Grimaldi staff directly at the boarding area, thus avoiding the queue at the ticket office.
Remember to show up at embarkation at least an hour before departure without a vehicle, two hours before departure with vehicle . In high season, queues should be taken into account. Once the aforementioned time limit has elapsed, you will not be entitled to boarding, even if you have a reservation.

Inside the port terminals there is a meeting point where people with disabilities or people with reduced mobility can announce their arrival and ask for assistance.

Don’t forget that all passengers, including those UNDER AGED , must show up at embarkation with a valid identity document. Be always informed about valid travel documentsbefore leaving.

The port of Arbatax is located within the inhabited center of the village of the same name and can be reached via the main road SS125dir.

If you arrive from the SS125 from the north: exit at the Arbatax Porto junction and at the roundabout go straight on along Via Baccasara. At the next roundabout take the first exit and go straight to the end of the road, from here make a small right and then left, passing the train tracks. At the next crossroads, keep left and continue straight to the port.

If you arrive from the south: exit the SS125 at the junction for Tortolì – Lido di Orrì, go straight to the end of the road and turn right onto Corso Umberto I and go straight onto Via Monsignor Virgilio, until the last crossroads where you will go to left and directly to the port.
