Important Introduction!
To accumulate knots and benefit from all the advantages of the loyalty program, two simple requirements are necessary: create an account in the Reserved Area and register with the Grimaldi Club. Remember to log in before making your reservation. Only reservations made after logging in will be counted towards the accumulation of knots. If you book without logging in, it will not be possible to credit the knots later.
How does the node system work?
The more you purchase trips, the more knots you accumulate. Knots are assigned exclusively for purchases made on the website www.grimaldi-lines.com and on the Grimaldi Lines App. Knots are assigned to the member in whose name the practice is based on their level.
How does the node multiplier work?
Each of your purchases is worth more based on your level. The nodes multiply automatically based on your level. Always check your level and your current multiplier in your Grimaldi Club reserved area to see how much your purchases are worth. Multipliers apply exclusively to nodes accumulated through the purchase of Grimaldi Lines tickets.
How do the levels work?
The Grimaldi Club program has 5 loyalty levels that vary based on the knots you accumulate. The membership level reached with the knots is valid until the loyalty program expires; at the end of the program the knots are reset to zero and you will lose the level. However, using knots to request a prize does not involve changes to the level.
When will the knots be credited to me?
The knots are credited to your account within seven days from the date of your trip. If your booking includes two legs, one outward and one return, the points will be acquired in two installments, one for the outward and one for the return, each seven days after the date of the trip.
When do the knots I have accumulated expire?
The knots in your account will be reset to zero on December 31, 2027, the expiry date of the program.
