In the case of domestic travel, in the absence of identity document details, it is still possible to proceed with the booking. Once you have received your passport/ID card numbers, and in any case before departure, you will need to communicate them in order to include them in your reservation, by contacting our Call Centre or your trusted travel agency. In the case of travel to Schengen States or to foreign non-Schengen countries, it is not possible to proceed with the booking in the absence of data relating to the identity document.
All passengers boarding Grimaldi Lines ferries, including children and infants, must be in possession of a valid identity document when checking in at the port (identity card, passport), as well as a travel ticket. Whatever channel you choose, to make a reservation remember to keep the following information on hand for each passenger: name, surname, date of birth, document number (for each passenger even infants) and relative expiry date (for domestic routes, the valid document is not must be included in the booking; for Spain and Greece you need at least the identity card number; for Tunisia you need the passport number) and make, model and license plate of any vehicle.

Tickets attached to the e-mail confirming the booking, are not valid for the embark; in order to get on board, it is necessary to have the boarding card which will be released by our staff at our ticket office, inside the departure port.
