What to do if you have lost your ticket

If you no longer have your ticket, don’t panic with Grimaldi Lines!

If you have lost or your ticket has been stolen, you can contact our booking centre at the following number +39 081 496 444.
Our staff will send you the duplicate immediately after checking your identity by means of a valid identification document and by checking that the original ticket has not been used.
