TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER
- The offer does not apply to tickets for lines operated under territorial continuity (Naples-Cagliari, Cagliari-Naples, Cagliari-Palermo, Palermo-Cagliari, Civitavecchia-Arbatax, Arbatax-Civitavecchia, Civitavecchia-Cagliari, Cagliari-Civitavecchia).
- The discount applies – for all lines operated by Grimaldi Lines except those indicated in the previous paragraph – to the rates (adult/child) and supplements for accommodation (seat, cabin), accompanying vehicles and pets; does not apply to fixed fees, nor to the EU ETS* cost component, nor to on-board services such as meals, wi-fi, pets in cabin, nor to insurance policies.
- The discount can be combined with any offers active at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the relevant conditions of applicability available on the grimaldi-lines.com website.
- The offer applies to both the special and standard fare levels. Tickets issued follow the change and cancellation conditions provided for by the chosen fare level.
- The offer cannot be combined with native/resident fares, nor with the senior fare, nor with agreements/partnerships and discount codes;
- It applies to Club members and those travelling together (same booking).
- The offer does not apply in conjunction with events on board.
The discount is not retroactive and must be requested at the time of booking. - It is valid for bookings until 31/12/2025.

How to book your ticket:
- on the website www.grimaldi-lines.com, select the MINOAN LINES BONUS CLUB agreement and enter your card number in the relevant field
- by calling the Grimaldi Lines call center +39081496444 and indicating your card number
- by sending an email to info@grimaldi.napoli.it and indicating your card number
- by showing your card at the Grimaldi Lines port offices in Civitavecchia, Livorno, Olbia, Brindisi, Porto Torres
- by showing your card at travel agencies
Note: your Minoan Lines card must be shown at the time of booking and at boarding. Passengers who do not have a valid card will have to pay the difference in the amount, calculated on the rates valid on the day of departure.

⃰ Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). The obligations imposed on shipping companies, in particular that of purchasing allowances, determine an increase in maritime transport costs. Therefore, starting from 1 January 2024, the ticket price will include, for each passenger and each vehicle, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’, of a variable amount depending on the line, which cannot be discounted or refunded. At present, public service lines (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the application of the EU ETS system.
