Terms and Conditions of the “Happy Holidays 2025” Offer

1. 20% discount – excluding fixed fees, EU ETS* costs, and on-board services – on tickets for the following ferry connections:

• • Livorno-Olbia and vice versa

  • Civitavecchia-Olbia and vice versa (only for departures from June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026)

• Offer Validity

The discount is valid for bookings from December 8, 2025 to December 25, 2025 for all departures of the above-mentioned connections available at the time of booking. Booking

• How to Apply the Offer

The offer is automatically applied when purchasing a ticket with the special fare. The 20% discount applies to the base fare, accommodation supplements, pets, and accompanying vehicle; it does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS costs, optional on-board services such as meals, the spa, Wi-Fi, and pets in cabin, or insurance policies.

• Offer Compatibility

The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, agreements/partnerships/other discount codes, and the resident fare, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.

• Ticket Cancellation and Changes

The Happy Holidays 2025 offer is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets initially issued before the start of the offer.

Tickets issued are non-refundable, but can be changed under the applicable conditions.

2. Additional benefit for all Grimaldi Club loyalty program members: double points!

• The offer includes 2 points for every euro spent, regardless of loyalty program level (sailor, cadet, chief mate, master, admiral).
• The offer applies to bookings from 8/12/25 to 25/12/25 for all departures to/from Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Greece, and Tunisia, available at the time of booking.
• The offer applies exclusively to bookings made online at www-grimaldi-lines.com or via the Grimaldi Lines app, by logging in with your Grimaldi Club loyalty program credentials before purchasing.
• The offer is valid for both special and standard fare tickets.
• The offer can be combined with other ongoing promotions, the residents’ rate, and special offers/discount codes.

(*) Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme (“EU ETS”). Starting January 1, 2024, a charge called “EU ETS costs” will be included in the ticket price for each passenger and vehicle. The amount varies depending on the route and is non-discountable and non-refundable. Currently, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the EU ETS.
