ELECTIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REGION AND OF THE XVII REGIONAL COUNCIL OF SARDINIA
With decree of the President of the Region n. 70 of 14 December 2023, the elections for the President of the Region and the XVII Regional Council of Sardinia have been called for Sunday 25 February 2024.
The vote will be held on Sunday only, pursuant to articles. 40 and 60 of L.R. n. 7/1979.
On the occasion of the above, on lines in territorial continuity, Grimaldi Lines applies a 60% reduction on the ordinary tariff.
The discount applies to connections:
- Civitavecchia – Cagliari and vice versa
- Civitavecchia – Arbatax and vice versa
- Naples – Cagliari and vice versa
- Palermo – Cagliari and vice versa
The discount applies to ship passage, accommodation supplements and accompanying vehicles; it does not apply to port fees, trip cancellation insurance and on-board services (such as meals, pet in cabin, wi-fi etc.).
The discount applies for bookings and departures until 02/29/2024.
The discount cannot be combined with the RESIDENTS rate
Tickets can be issued at both special and standard rates and therefore follow the conditions for variation and cancellation of the chosen rate level. The choice of rate is up to the customer between the ordinary rate with a 60% discount or the resident rate.
In order to take advantage of the discounts, voters must show for the outward journey, together with a valid identity document, their electoral card or a substitute declaration certifying that the discounted ticket was purchased to go to the location of their electoral headquarters registration, in order to exercise the right to vote. For the return journey together with a valid identity document, your electoral card bearing the certification of the vote.
