An additional 5% discount – excluding fixed fees, EU ETS* costs, and onboard services – is available to all Grimaldi Club loyalty program members who purchase tickets using their Grimaldi Club credentials in the reserved area on the ferry services described above.
• Offer validity
The offer is valid for bookings made between November 17, 2025 and November 30, 2025 for departures available for sale at the time of booking on the routes listed above (on the Civitavecchia-Olbia line and vice versa, for departures from June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026).
• How to apply the offer
The offer is automatically obtained when purchasing a ticket with the special fare. The 20% discount applies to the base fare, accommodation, pet, and vehicle supplements; It does not apply to fixed dues, EU ETS costs, optional onboard services such as meals, the spa, Wi-Fi, and pets in cabin, or insurance policies.
The additional 5% discount applies to the amount resulting from the application of the 20% discount, excluding fixed dues, EU ETS costs, optional onboard services, and insurance policies (as indicated above).
The additional 5% discount applies exclusively to bookings made online at www-grimaldi-lines.com or via the Grimaldi Lines app, after logging into the Grimaldi Club loyalty program reserved area before purchasing.
• Offer Combination
The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes, and with the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.
• Ticket Cancellation and Changes
Applying this offer requires the issuance of a special fare ticket, to which the following cancellation and change conditions for the standard fare will apply:
For standard fare tickets, canceling the entire ticket, or part of it, entitles you to a refund of the full value of the ticket (excluding fixed fees and EU ETS fees) or of the cancelled items, subject to the following penalties:
• 10% of the value, plus fixed fees and EU ETS fees (where applicable), up to 30 calendar days before departure;
• 30% of the value, plus fixed fees and EU ETS fees (where applicable), from 29 to 7 calendar days before departure;
• 50% of the value, plus fixed fees and EU ETS fees (where applicable), from 6 to 2 calendar days before departure;
• 100% of the value, plus fixed fees and EU ETS fees (where applicable), from the day before departure and/or in the case of a no-show.

Please note:
If you change one or both departures included in a ticket purchased with the Black Friday 2025 promotion, the current conditions and any offers applicable at the time of the change will apply to the new booking. For round-trip tickets, changing just one departure, resulting in the loss of the benefits (discount and flexibility) on the new booking, will not affect the application of the promotion to the other departure that is not changed.
(*) Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme (“EU ETS”). Starting January 1, 2024, a charge called “EU ETS costs” will be included in the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle. The amount varies depending on the route and is non-discountable and non-refundable. Currently, public service lines (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the EU ETS.
