The offer is valid only for tickets purchased online at www.grimaldi-lines.com and paid for with PagoDIL by Cofidis. The discount is not available for purchases made via the app.
The discount applies to both the standard and special fare levels and only by entering the discount code COFIDISHOLIDAY in the relevant field during online booking. Once you’ve chosen your trip, PagoDIL by Cofidis will be the only payment option available in the event of approval of the Pagodil service by Cofidis.
The discount applies to the base fare, accommodation, pet, and vehicle supplements; it does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS ⃰ costs, on-board services such as meals, the spa, Wi-Fi, pets in cabin, or insurance policies.
The discount can be combined with any special offers active at the time of booking and with rates for residents/natives, unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer conditions. The discount cannot be combined with senior rates or with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes.
The discount is not retroactive: it applies only to new bookings and does not apply to tickets originally issued before the offer begins. Special fare tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed under the applicable conditions.
With PagoDIL and thanks to an agreement with Cofidis, Grimaldi Lines allows you to pay for your purchases in installments without fees or interest. The payment is divided into installments that are debited monthly from your bank account. The PagoDIL service is subject to Cofidis approval and consists of a credit transfer between Grimaldi Lines (assignor) and Cofidis S.A. – Italian Branch (assignee).
⃰ Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, shipping has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). The obligations placed on shipping companies, particularly the obligation to purchase allowances, lead to an increase in the cost of maritime transport. Therefore, as of January 1st, 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, which varies in amount depending on the route and is neither discountable nor refundable. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
