You can also request to add the service at the ticket office, but always before departure (up to 2 hours before).
Offers for onboard services are subject to change. The conditions of the individual offers on on-board services are effective from the “Last updated” date of the offer itself (indicated at the bottom of the individual offer) and apply to purchases made from that date onwards.
The offer applies only if, during the offer’s validity period, the purchase of the above-listed services is made at the same time as the ticket is issued or in any case before departure. It is not valid for purchases made directly on board. When booking, the discounted price is automatically obtained by selecting the on-board service for which the offer is available, and applies to both standard and special fare levels. It is also possible to benefit from the offer by adding the above-listed services to an already issued ticket, provided that the purchase of such services is made before departure and during the offer’s validity period.
The promotion can be combined with any other offers active at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the offer descriptions. It can also be combined with agreements/partnerships/discount codes and with resident fares.
Ticket cancellation and change conditions depend on the fare level (standard or special) with which the ticket was issued. The onboard service to which the offer applies is refundable, except for cancellations made within the day before departure or no-shows (100% cancellation fee).
