Offer dedicated to young people aged between 12 and 26, travelling on Grimaldi Lines ferries
The New Young offer includes a 20% discount – excluding fixed fees, EU ETS* costs and on-board services – on the fare for the ferry passage of adults aged between 12 and 26.
The discount applies to bookings from February 4, 2026 to December 31, 2026 for departures from February 4, 2026 to May 31, 2026 and from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 on the following ferry routes:
The 20% discount applies exclusively to the fare for Young passengers (i.e., those aged 12 or older and 26 or younger). The discount does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS* fees, or supplements for accommodation, pets, and vehicles. It does not apply to onboard services (such as meals, the spa, Wi-Fi, and pets in cabin), nor to insurance policies.
The discount is obtained by selecting and/or indicating the Young product during booking and choosing the special rate.
The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes and with the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the relevant conditions of application.
Tickets issued under the New Young promotion are non-refundable, but can be changed under the current special fare conditions.
⃰ Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, shipping has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). The obligations placed on shipping companies, particularly the obligation to purchase allowances, lead to an increase in the cost of maritime transport. Therefore, as of January 1st, 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, which varies in amount depending on the route and is neither discountable nor refundable. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
