Description of the “Summer Black Friday” offer:
• Subject of the offer
The offer includes a 30% DISCOUNT – fixed dues, EU ETS* costs and on-board services excluded – on the fee for the adult passenger and accompanying vehicle for selected departures on the following sea connections:
The offer applies exclusively to bookings made up of at least two adult passengers with at least one accompanying vehicle (car/motorcycle) and is valid for each couple of adults with an accompanying vehicle. In the case of three adult passengers, or two adult passengers and a child, with an accompanying vehicle, the offer applies only to the two adults and the accompanying vehicle. In the case of four passengers and only one vehicle (car or motorbike), the discount applies only to two passengers and the vehicle (car or motorbike). The departures are selected based on the filling of the garage: as soon as 70% is reached, the date is excluded from the promotion.
• Validity of the offer
The offer is valid for bookings made from 05/07/24 to 21/07/24 for selected departures from 05/07/24 to 17/12/24(**) on the connections listed above.
• How to apply the offer
The discount is obtained automatically when purchasing at the special tariff level. The discount applies to the fee relating to the passage of each pair of adult passengers in the booking and to the vehicle accompanying each pair (one for every two paying adult passengers); it does not apply to the child quota, nor to fixed dues, nor to EU ETS costs, nor to supplements for accommodation and accompanying animals, nor to on-board services, such as meals, pet in cabin, wi-fi, wellness centre, nor to premiums relating to insurance policies.
• Cumulability of the offer
The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes and with the Sardi Doc resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the relevant conditions of application.
• Cancellation and variation of tickets
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets whose first issue occurred before the start of the offer. Special rate tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed under current conditions.
*Under Directive (EU) 2023/959, shipping has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system (“EU ETS”). The obligations placed on shipping companies, particularly the obligation to purchase allowances, lead to an increase in the cost of maritime transport. Therefore, as of January 1st, 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, which varies in amount depending on the route and is neither discountable nor refundable. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) and Civitavecchia-Olbia and vice versa are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
