The discount is not available for purchases made through the app.
The offer is applied by entering the discount code ‘SCALAPAYMAY‘ in the relevant field of the online booking and selecting the ‘special’ rate level. At the end of the travel choice, Scalapay will be proposed as the only payment method.
The discount can be combined with any special offers active at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the relative conditions of the offers. The discount cannot be combined with the rates for residents/natives, Seniors, nor with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes.
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets whose first issue took place before the start of the offer. The application of the discount involves the issue of a ticket at a special rate. Special rate tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed under current conditions.
