- Validity of the offer
The offer is valid for bookings made from 21/11/2023 to 15/01/2024 for departures, available for sale at the time of booking, on the lines indicated above (on the Civitavecchia-Olbia line and vice versa, for departures from 1 /6/2024 to 30/09/2024). The offer is valid only for tickets purchased online on the website www.grimaldi-lines.com and paid with Scalapay. The discount is not available for purchases made via the app.
- How to apply the offer
The offer applies only to the Special rate level and only by entering the discount code SPBFQ921 in the relevant field during online booking. At the end of the trip choice, Scalapay will be proposed as the only payment method.
The discount applies to the basic price, supplements for accommodation, animals and accompanying vehicle; it does not apply to fixed rights and on-board services such as meals, wi-fi, pet in cabin, nor to the premium relating to the multi-risk insurance policy. The use of the discount voucher involves the issuing of a special fare ticket.
- Offer Cumulability
The discount can be combined with any special offers active at the time of booking and with the rates for residents/natives, unless otherwise specified in the relevant conditions of the offers. The discount cannot be combined with Senior rates, nor with agreements/partnerships/other discount codes.
- Cancellation and ticket changes
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets whose first issue occurred before the start of the offer. Special rate tickets are non-refundable, but can be changed under current conditions.
