• How to apply the offer
The discount is automatically applied when purchasing the special fare level. The discount applies to the base fare, accommodation, pet, and vehicle supplements.
The discount does not apply to fixed fees, EU ETS fees, on-board services such as meals, the spa, Wi-Fi, and pets in cabin, nor to insurance premiums.
• Offer cumulation
The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, agreements/partnerships/other discount codes, and the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions.
• Ticket cancellation and changes
The discount is not retroactive: it is valid only for new bookings and does not apply to tickets initially issued before the start of the offer.
Applying this offer requires the issuance of a special fare ticket, which is non-refundable but can be changed under the applicable conditions.
*Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme (EU ETS). Effective January 1, 2024, a charge called “EU ETS costs” has been incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and vehicle. The amount varies depending on the route and is non-discountable and non-refundable. Currently, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) are excluded from the EU ETS scheme.
