DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER “Black Friday 2024”

Subject of the offer: convenience and flexibility.

1.20% discount – fixed dues, EU ETS* costs and on-board services excluded – on tickets for the following maritime connections to/from Sardinia, Sicily, Spain and Greece:

• Livorno-Olbia and vice versa
• Civitavecchia-Porto Torres and vice versa
• Civitavecchia-Olbia and vice versa (only for departures from 1/6/25 to 30/9/25)
• Livorno-Palermo and vice versa
• Naples-Palermo and vice versa
• Civitavecchia-Barcelona and vice versa
• Porto Torres-Barcelona and vice versa
• Brindisi-Igoumenitsa and vice versa
• Brindisi-Corfu and vice versa

• Validity of the offer

The offer is valid for bookings made from 17/11/2024 to 30/11/2024 for departures, available for sale at the time of booking, on the above-mentioned routes (on the Civitavecchia-Olbia route and vice versa, for departures from 1/6/2025 to 30/09/2025).

• How to apply the offer

The offer is automatically obtained by purchasing the ticket with the special fare. The 20% discount applies to the basic fare, accommodation, pet and accompanying vehicle supplements; it does not apply to fixed dues, EU ETS costs, optional on-board services such as meals, spa, wi-fi and pet in cabin, and insurance policies.

• Offer Cumulability

The promotion can be combined with other offers active at the time of booking, with conventions/partnerships/other discount codes and with the resident rate, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of application.

• Cancellation and ticket changes

The application of the offer entails the issuance of a special-fare ticket, to which the conditions of change and cancellation specific to the standard fare, described below, will exceptionally be applicable:

For standard fare tickets, cancellation of the entire ticket, or part of it, gives the right to a refund of the value of the entire ticket (fixed fees and EU ETS costs excluded) or of the cancelled items, subject to the application of the following penalties:

• 10% of the value, plus fixed dues and EU ETS costs (where applicable), up to 30 calendar days prior to departure;
• 30% of the value, plus fixed dues and EU ETS costs (where applicable), from 29 to 7 calendar days prior to departure;
• 50% of the value, plus fixed dues and EU ETS costs (where applicable), from 6 to 2 calendar days prior to departure;
• 100% of the value, plus fixed dues and EU ETS costs (where applicable), from the day before and/or for no-show at embarkation.

Please note:

In the event of a change to one or both departures included in the ticket purchased with the Black Friday 2024 promotion, the conditions in force and any offers applicable at the time of the change will apply to the new booking. In the case of a ticket with round-trip departures, the modification of a single departure that results in the loss of benefits (discount and flexibility) on the new reservation will not affect the application of the promotion on the other departure that is not modified.

(*) Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/959, maritime transport has been included in the European Union’s greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme (‘EU ETS’). As of 1 January 2024, an item called ‘EU ETS costs’ will be incorporated into the ticket price for each passenger and each vehicle, the amount of which varies depending on the route, and which cannot be discounted or refunded. At present, public service routes (from Naples and Palermo to Cagliari and vice versa; from Civitavecchia to Arbatax and Cagliari and vice versa) and the Civitavecchia-Olbia route and vice versa are excluded from the application of the EU ETS.
