By when can I request a Covid Voucher if I am not eligible to travel with reference to art. 88-bis DL 18/2020

If a passenger falls into one of the cases referred to in art. 88-bis of Legislative Decree 18/2020, he or she can request the voucher, among other things:
• within 30 days of the end of the travel ban if the departure area or final destination are subject to restrictions
• within 30 days of the end of the impediment, if you cannot travel because you have contracted Covid and are in quarantine (to be proven by sending a certificate);
• within 30 days of the end of hospitalization in a health facility, if the hospitalization was ordered due to testing positive for Covid-19;
• within 30 days of the cancellation of an event, competition, demonstration, ceremonies, sporting events, which constituted the reason for the trip (proof must be sent)
• within 30 days of the scheduled departure date, if disembarkation, landing or arrival is prevented or prohibited in the foreign country of destination due to the Covid-19 emergency situation
